After a long time apart and unable to get together due to Covid restrictions, we finally got the whole team together for some training this month. It’s been a long time coming and it was a great opportunity for some of our physiotherapists to meet each other for the first time. So much so that we decided to celebrate with some lunch and a round of crazy golf. The competition was tight and the fight for first place went all the way to the last hole but it was Emma who reigned victorious in the end.
As we continue our weekly peer discussions and protected development time remotely, we plan to arrange further in-person training days as long as it is safe and sensible to do so.
Personally, I take great delight from spending time with this group of truly talented and dedicated physiotherapists. I’m seriously proud of them and what they have achieved in the collective effort to provide the highest quality service to our patients. I’m already looking forward to the next team meeting!
